Most shipments are delivered without requiring a signature, allowing the carrier to leave the package in a safe location at your address. However, for high-value orders or at the carrier’s discretion, a signature may be required upon delivery. In such cases, the carrier will typically make multiple delivery attempts before returning the package to us. You may also have the option to authorize release of the package without a signature through the carrier’s online portal, depending on their policies.
If you expect not to be home during normal delivery hours, we encourage you to provide an alternate delivery address (such as your workplace or a trusted neighbor) during checkout, where someone can accept the package.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, rare issues can occur during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse acceptance if possible, or take photos of the packaging and contents before contacting us. Shipping Restrictions

For example, items containing lithium batteries, compressed gases, or flammable materials cannot be shipped by air or across certain borders. Additionally, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain carrier services, as a physical street address is required for signature and tracking purposes. Please review your address carefully during checkout to avoid delays.
Changes to Your Shipping Information
If you need to modify your shipping address after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we will do our best to assist you. If the order has already been dispatched, you may be able to request a delivery hold or reroute through the carrier, depending on their policies and fees.
Returns and Exchanges Involving Shipping
In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a straightforward process. You will be responsible for securely repacking the product in its original packaging (or equivalent) and for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
